for Gifted Education
The Center for Gifted Education is an instructional,
research, and service center. It offers professional
development opportunities for teachers and schools,
summer enrichment programs for children, and consultation
services for parents.
Center for Innovative Learning and Assessment Technologies (CILAT)
Conducts research and development of pre-kindergarten through college learning environments and assessment systems.
Instructional
Materials Center
This center offers a variety of book and non-book
resources for faculty, staff, teachers, and students
in the College of Education.
Reading
Center
The Reading Center is used primarily to provide
support for senior-level undergraduate students
and graduate students in the reading program.
It also provides support for students from local
area schools needing individualized literacy instruction.
In addition, the center serves as a context for
conducting basic and applied research on literacy
and for disseminating information on literacy
research, best instructional practices, and technology
applications to literacy.
